A Day full of yoga and wellness goodness with Ashton & Philippa.
Join us for a nourishing day of movement, mindfulness, and connection designed to leave you feeling calm, grounded, and restored.
Following this, enjoy a relaxed tea and coffee break — a moment to pause, connect, and reset. Philippa then leads a flowing yoga practice, linking breath and movement and improving mobility.
You'll enjoy a nourishing lunch, prepared by Ashton and Philippa, leaving you refuelled and restored for the afternoon ahead.
After lunch, you'll step into nature for a peaceful woodland walk, offering space to breathe deeply, slow down, and reconnect with the natural world.
We then gather for a reflective Mindset Workshop led by Philippa. This session blends practical tools and empowering insights to help you strengthen your mindset and enhance your wellbeing beyond the mat, through written meditation and self-reflection.
Ashton will then guide you through a deeply restorative yin yoga practice — an opportunity to soften, stretch, and fully unwind. We close the day together with a guided relaxation at leaving you refreshed, centred, and inspired.
